All the ad geeks here at DNP are counting down to Super Bowl Sunday. We're ready for the game (Go Colts!) but even more anxious to see all the commercials. This week on the blog we'll take a look at Super Bowl advertising and share our favs after the game.

CMOs Look for Blended Agencies for Contemporary Marketing

According to a recent study of senior marketing executives by Evalueserve for Sapient, just over half of Chief Marketing Officers
(CMOs) believe that traditional advertising agencies are ill-suited to meet online marketing needs. Similarly, 49% of survey
respondents believe that traditional advertising firms have difficulty thinking beyond traditional print and TV media models, which no longer are the most effective ways of engaging consumers.

As a result, only 1 in 10 of those polled are planning to partner with large advertising agencies for their online marketing.
